A.Basic Scope of Job:

Will have a strong background in analytics with technical expertise in spare parts for electronics and appliances. This role involves trend analysis, suggesting alternative solutions and parts for technicians, and applying deep knowledge of electronics spare parts to improve operational efficiency.


B.Responsibilities

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze data related to spare parts usage, repair frequencies, and service requests to identify patterns and trends. Alternative Solutions: Evaluate and recommend alternative spare parts or solutions to technicians to enhance repair processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of electronics and appliance spare parts to assist in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on spare parts performance, inventory levels, and potential areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal parts availability and service quality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential parts and minimizing downtime.

Skills

  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of spare parts for electronics, large appliances, small appliances, and AC units. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
