Job Summary

The Real Estate Executive will perform substantive research related to all phases of real estate activities to ensure compliance with landlord and tenant obligations. The ideal candidate is someone that has the drive to be a deal maker. The candidate will should handle site selection support, preparing site packages, creating and maintaining deal files, updating reports, comparisons and other ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, interpret, draft, and manage workflow documents on a project level from site selection to lease. ​
  • Professionally cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform due diligence and liaise with other departments such as legal, government relations, finance, design, and property facilities. ​
  • Prepare monthly reports and real estate presentations.
  • Follow up on licensing applications with consultants and authorities in various government bodies like Municipality, MEW, MOC, MPW, EPA, Fire brigade, etc. ​
  • Identify and assist in site selection to lease execution of new prime outlets projects and handle the preparation of due diligence approval packages for stakeholders. ​
  • Negotiate and conclude financial and contractual terms with Landlords/Developers.
  • Monitor and update opportunities in relevant growth plans.
  • Follow up on all real estate department transactions including rent payments, renewal & surrender of contracts, and new leases.
  • Manage the real estate portfolio to ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and accurate recording of any changes in terms. ​
  • Oversee and administer lease portfolio documents, maintaining accurate and updated documents and licenses. ​
  • Prepare monthly rent payments.

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
