Job Description:

Alam Real Estate is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help clients navigate the real estate market while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring they are informed and confident throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property evaluations to advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and potential buyers/renters to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations in leasing and tenant management.
  • Create persuasive property listings and marketing materials to attract potential clients through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and community events.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings, showcasing properties to their best advantage.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing activities within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about local regulations, zoning laws, and market trends to provide clients with current and relevant information.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a related role, preferably within property management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Kuwait, including local trends and property regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and determine property values.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems to manage listings and client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with strong sales and marketing capabilities, including familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • A valid real estate license in Kuwait is required.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
