Branding and Communication Manager

Role Objective

The Branding & Communications Manager will lead the organizations communications team and will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

Strategic

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Promote products and services during events.
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media.
  • Produce marketing copy for our website.
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients queries.
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.
  • Define key performance indicators for each communication channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success.
  • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further in achieving organizational goals.
  • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.
  • Deliver internal newsletter on a monthly basis.
  • Represent the organization at events and press conferences.
  • Reach out to influencers, media and beyond, in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level.
  • To produce high quality and engaging corporate communications content across multiple channels and for a variety of internal and external audiences.

Operational

  • Conduct research and evaluate key audiences.
  • Plan & determine the strategy, tactics, channels, & budget.
  • Create the promotional materials.
  • Measure the response.
  • Adjust as needed and repeat.
  • Ensure to establish and attain aggressive goals as well as professional developmental plans.

People

  • Develop an annual communication plan in conjunction with the department. This should detail the years activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  • To analyze and propose strategic communication plans for each product line in coordination with marketing team.
  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organizations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
  • To develop and implement a company-wide communication plan, working in alignment with all departments for its execution.
  • Support to coordinate critical enterprise communications to assure that information is released on time to all stakeholders
