We are looking for a Customer Service at Yahaal company.

 


Yahaal is one of the leading ecommerce companies in Kuwait, founded in 2017 and focusing on products primarily for mothers and children We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven sales representative to generate leads and drive sales. 


Responsibilities


1.Proactively Identify Potential Customers and Conduct Company Development Tasks:


Utilize various methods such as Google search, Instagram, and LinkedIn to locate potential customers.

Engage in company development tasks to expand our client base.


2.Generate Fresh Leads for Vendors:


Create new leads through a variety of methods, ensuring a steady influx of potential vendors.


3.Follow-Up on Fresh Leads and Recommendations:


Systematically follow up on new leads and recommendations to foster relationships and explore business opportunities.


4.Achieve Department Goals:


Strive to reach and exceed the established department goals to contribute to the overall success of the team.


5.Continuous Customer Engagement:


Actively engage with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions promptly.


6.Customer Service Support:


Assist with customer service matters, addressing concerns and providing necessary information to maintain positive customer relations.


7.Maintain Regular Status Reports:


Generate and maintain regular status reports, including a daily activity report, calls, and follow-ups using the Yahaal internal CRM system.


8.Data Management:


Add, verify, and edit electronic data efficiently to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field is preferred.


- Proven sales experience.


- Strong consultative sales skills.


- Effective communication and negotiation skills.


- Should have driving license and vehicle


- Bilingual
