Job description: Job Summary
The primary objective of the Trade Marketing Officer will be responsible for preparing all performance reports, as well as sales analysis, controlling the trade activities. Preparing all credit advices and ensure they are compliant with proof of performance.
Job Responsibilities
•Handle the POSM (Point of Sale Materials) process and track the inventory and Trade executions.•Track the activity implementation in trade.•Prepare, communicate, and administer Perfect Store KPIs•Conduct market visits to audit visibility in markets and check fundamentals such as availability, expiries, planograms, FIFO, promotion areas, MSL (Must Sell List) and checkouts and report accordingly.•Prepare credit advice with the agreed proof of performance as per the division’s guidelines•Maintain & Update the Digital Price List & Catalogues when required•Liaise with sales team on the E-Commerce customers to ensure the core SKUs are listed/available with appropriate images, title, description, samples & price.•Follow up on the promotion trade license and on the issuance of permits required from the ministry•Generate reports and prepare analysis and presentations as per business need.
Candidate Requirements
•Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.•At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar role.•Team player•Adaptability and quick learner.•Strong Analytical skills. •Expert in using Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.•Presentation skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities •Good command of both Arabic and English •Must have a transferable residency •Valid Kuwaiti driving License
