Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This will be achieved by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. He/ She will be required to work closely with clients to identify their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate terms of sales agreements.
- Focus on driving revenue and profit growth through sales of IT Hardware solutions (Laptops, Tablets, Desktop monitors, servers, storage, and networking products) and services to our corporate customers (B2B).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support.
- Monitor and report on sales activity and progress to the Management.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to Management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM systems.
- Handling IT hardware products and following up with concerned teams for the smooth process and completion.
- Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills. Ability to communicate and relate to subjects, issues, and clients at many levels.
Requirements:
- Should have relevant recognized formal qualifications – University level.
- Prior work experience of 2 - 5 years of successful B2B IT Hardware sales experience in Kuwait.
- Background and knowledge of IT/System environments (Storage, Server, Network) – Mandatory
- Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic languages are essential for this job role.
- Strong ability to drive sales growth with client focus and relationship building skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Candidates with Driving License and Visa 18 holders are preferred.
