Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations and menu creation.
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes, aligning with our Omakase concept.
Oversee kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
Manage inventory, ordering, and control food costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Japanese cuisine, preferably in an Omakase setting.
Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese ingredients and preparation techniques.
Experience in kitchen administration and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
