Title: Business Development Consultant
Role Overview: As a Business Development Consultant, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on fostering business growth and expanding our client base in the Corporate and Government Training sectors. This role requires developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies, particularly for our e-training services targeting training institutes, corporate training departments, and governmental training agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Corporate and Government Training sectors, actively expanding our client portfolio.
Build and nurture relationships with both potential and existing clients in training institutes, corporate training departments, and governmental agencies, understanding their unique e-training needs and requirements.
Develop and execute sales strategies that effectively meet client requirements and position our e-training services as optimal solutions.
Engage in the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend client needs and formulate proposals that align with these requirements.
Achieve or surpass individual sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s overall revenue objectives.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities within the Corporate and Government Training sectors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term client relationships.
Accurately update and manage client information and interactions in the CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with exposure to e-training or IT industries, and a focus on corporate and government training segments.
Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management, particularly within the target sectors.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Fluent command of English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
