  • Key responsibilities: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand presence. Work with sales teams to create promotional plans and trade initiatives that align with our business goals. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to spot growth opportunities. Manage relationships with key retail partners to ensure our marketing campaigns are executed effectively. Monitor and evaluate trade marketing activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. Oversee the development of marketing materials and in-store displays to maximize impact and drive sales.

Skills

Must Have: The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in trade marketing and sales within the FMCG industry, preferably focusing on food products. They must have a proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns and promotions. Exposure to the Middle East market is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong command of the Arabic language. Team management experience in a current or previous role is also required.
