Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Kuwait City at Group Six United Gen. Trad. & Cont. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage communication with staff and patrons, and maintain quality standards in food & beverage service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills for clear interaction with staff and customers
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in hospitality or food service industry
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
