We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, actively engage in networking, and generate leads to bring in new business for the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Lead Generation & Networking:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold-calling, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a professional network to expand the company's client base.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote software products and services.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to client outreach.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to deliver compelling pitches to clients.
Client Engagement & Follow-Up:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software solutions and their value propositions.
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing strategies.
Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in software sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
