Job Objective:

Overseeing the accuracy and integrity of financial documentation in line with the financial and administrative authority matrix, Supervising accounting entries to ensure alignment with the approved chart of accounts, conducting thorough monthly and annual reconciliations, and preparing interim and annual financial statements (unaudited)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Certifications:

A profession certificate in financial or management accounting is an additional privilege

Experience:

Over 10 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for at least one year in a similar role

Job Duties:

1. Review daily financial transactions
2. Prepare monthly financial reconciliations and settlements.
3. Prepare unaudited interim financial statements (monthly and annually)
4. Prepare periodic reports for the Capital Markets Authority in cooperation with the Compliance Office
5. Prepare approved monthly management accounting reports
6. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Managing Partner or Head of Divisions.

Knowledge:

• Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations, as amended.
• Labor Law in the Private Sector No. 6 of 2010 and its executive regulations, as amended
• The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)

Technical Skills:

• Languages: Strong proficiency in the Arabic language, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Strong proficiency in the English language, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking skills

Microsoft Office Suite Applications

• MS Outlook
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint

(A high level of proficiency is mandatory for the skills mentioned above)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Transferable residency.
• The required experience should be in the State of Kuwait
