Sales Executive (Seidor One Kuwait)

Position: Sales Executive - Kuwait

  • Starting salary: starting 800 KD all inclusive, depending on the profile
  • Benefits: 30 working paid leave days + medical insurance for the employee + 1 round-trip ticket allowance per year (to home country)
  • Only candidates with 2-3 years of Sales Experience including 1 year ERP sales exposure, may apply

The Sales Executive's main role is to look for new opportunities in the market by contacting prospects and initiating the sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the new business sales pipeline.
  • Conduct Initial qualifications meetings/follow ups.
  • Prepare and run presentations.
  • Prepare the proposals, and responses to RFP's, RFQ's, expression of Interest, Tenders
  • Follow up on meetings and negotiations.
  • Deal closure
  • Attain branch and individual new business sales targets.
  • Business Development
  • Assist in the evaluation of competitive solutions and vertical markets to refine the ‘go to market' (GTM) product stack.
  • Align the system functionality with customer expectations.
  • Update CRM records
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by the Sales Manager


Requirements

  • Kuwait resident
  • Required: 3+ years of SAP Business One sales or software sales experience
  • Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • A strong understanding of the business logic behind ERP applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and closing skills
  • Have an understanding of ERP competitive landscape
  • Candidates must possess experience presenting solutions to key executives and decision makers with a successful track record selling Business Solutions and exceeding expectations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Creative problem solving skills
