Government Relations Admin

The Government Relations Admin will be responsible for managing and organizing all government-related documentation and internal communications within our organization. This role requires a strong command of English, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure compliance with local regulations and effective interaction with government agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Documentation Management:
  • Prepare, review, and manage government-related paperwork, including reports, forms, and submissions specific to Kuwait’s regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all documents are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all government-related documents and correspondence.
  • Compliance and Regulation Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on relevant Kuwaiti government regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring internal practices and documentation align with Kuwaiti governmental standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve compliance issues.
  • Communication and Liaison:
  • Act as the internal contact point for government-related inquiries and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between our organization and Kuwaiti governmental agencies.
  • Prepare briefing materials and updates for internal stakeholders regarding government-related matters.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Government Relations team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports related to government relations.
  • Research and Reporting:
  • Conduct research on Kuwaiti governmental policies, regulations, and initiatives that may impact the organization.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on research and analysis of government-related information.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or government relations roles, preferably within a corporate environment in Kuwait.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
