The Government Relations Admin will be responsible for managing and organizing all government-related documentation and internal communications within our organization. This role requires a strong command of English, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure compliance with local regulations and effective interaction with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage government-related paperwork, including reports, forms, and submissions specific to Kuwait’s regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documents are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all government-related documents and correspondence.
- Compliance and Regulation Monitoring:
- Stay updated on relevant Kuwaiti government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in ensuring internal practices and documentation align with Kuwaiti governmental standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve compliance issues.
- Communication and Liaison:
- Act as the internal contact point for government-related inquiries and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between our organization and Kuwaiti governmental agencies.
- Prepare briefing materials and updates for internal stakeholders regarding government-related matters.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Government Relations team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating activities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports related to government relations.
- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research on Kuwaiti governmental policies, regulations, and initiatives that may impact the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on research and analysis of government-related information.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or government relations roles, preferably within a corporate environment in Kuwait.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
