Job Summary:
The Electrical Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels for electrical products. This role involves developing and executing online sales strategies, optimizing product listings, and providing excellent customer service to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Sales Management: Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for electrical products. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize growth.
- Product Listings: Create and maintain accurate and engaging product listings on e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, assist with order processing, and address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product offerings and sales strategies.
- Promotions and Advertising: Plan and execute online promotions, advertising campaigns, and special offers to drive traffic and increase sales. Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels for online sales.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze online sales metrics, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of online sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in online sales or e-commerce, preferably in the electrical or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
