Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer the IAM solution.
- Monitor the IAM solutions and controls
- Perform activities related to joiners, movers and leavers in the IAM solution.
- Configure workflows as per business needs.
- On-board new applications and systems to IAM solution.
- Integrate new applications and Systems to IAM solution in coordination with the bidders.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports from IAM solution as per needs.
- Customize the reports in IAM as per needs.
- Perform day-to-day administration of IAM solution.
- Perform upgrades and updates of IAM solution in coordination with bidders.
- Analyze the IAM solution implementation, identify gaps and address the gaps in coordination with bidder.
- Conduct configuration review of IAM solution and integrated applications and systems from IAM point of view.
- Performance user certification using IAM.
- Involved in the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and process.
- Participate in performing scheduled and ad-hoc security assessments of systems, patches deployments, etc. to ensure that implementation is performed in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, standards and industry best practices.
- Review changes being done to security solutions to ensure controls implementation and adherence to the security standards, Information Security.
- Policies and industry best practices.
- Work as team member in handling security related incidents and security operations.
- Perform research on new security trends, technologies and the latest breaches and propose solutions to improve the level of security.
- Involved in the New projects from Cybersecurity Point of view from project inception stage to retirement stage.
- Involved in the Implementation, operation and maintenance of international standards such as ISO27001, BS22301, etc.
- Work on other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Cybersecurity expert Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Electronics and Communication or related area.
- At least Fifteen (15) years’ experience in Information Technology with minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in IT Security area within financial institutions.
- Shall have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301, etc.
- Extensive experience in design, implementation and operation of Access Control Management for Bank and involvement in Banking business projects.
- Excellent experience in various security solutions such as IAM, network, systems and databases etc.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM solutions.
- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of Access Control Management.
- Experience in monitoring and administration of Access Control Management.
- Experience in incident identification, analysis, containment and eradication.
- Experience in conducting the compliance check of systems, databases and network against organizational policies.
- Serve as a trusted IT Security advisor to the Management; communicate the impact of technology risks and the approaches for mitigation.
- Ability to work on new unplanned tasks based on the immediate requirement.
- Work as team player in business related projects from the information security point of view.
- Keep up to date with emerging infrastructure technologies and their impact on IT Security.
- Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
