Responsibilities

•Handle administrative duties, control documents, process warranty claims, supervise and communicate procurement processes and details.

•Engage with suppliers, oversee order management such as organizing and managing shipments and delivery operations, take care of local vendor financials, support the financial side of projects, and assist Engineers.

•Enhance network development, implement compliance policies, contribute to marketing initiatives, and improve internal communication.

•Oversee and facilitate the company's everyday activities.

•Formulate and execute policies and practices for operational management.

•Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, machinery, and materials.

•Evaluate operational results regularly and propose enhancements.

•Adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines.

•Work in concert with various teams and partners to fulfill organizational objectives.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.

•Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.

•Understanding of Compliance Regulations related to anti bribery and corruption.

•An OEM technical experience is a bonus.
