Join Serco as a Cost Analyst as part of the Global Logistics Augmentation and Staff Support (GLASS) team in supporting the Army Sustainment Command in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
Join an integrated government-industry team in support of multiple program functions. You will provide a wide range of customer requirements in the Army supply systems and operations. Use your expertise and collaborative skills to positively impact our national defense and make a difference in the world’s greatest Army.
In this role, you will:
- Develop cost proposals based on RFP’s and RFQ’s
- Develop and Prepare monthly cost performance reviews and evaluation briefs for client approval.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques (i.e., linear regression, linear programming, critical path analysis).
- Forecast project costs by gathering details and compiling data to estimate all project costs according to specifications.
- Help determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
- Consider materials, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation for estimations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- U.S. Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a VISA 18
- An active DOD Secret clearance
- A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- OR an Associates degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel abilities
- The ability to travel up to 25%
