A recruiter is seeking a strategic and visionary
Vice President to lead our accounting and auditing division. This senior executive role requires extensive experience in the industry, with a focus on overseeing the overall financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial practices, and the ability to shape the strategic direction of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the accounting and auditing division, aligning departmental goals with the company’s overall strategy.
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the division, including accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
- 15 to 20 years of experience in the accounting and auditing industry, with significant experience in senior leadership roles.
