About the Role:

• Lead a team of receptionists in providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow.
• Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop your reception team.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinic hygiene and safety protocols.
• Transferable Visa is a must

You are the Ideal Candidate if You Possess:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry (hotels, spas, etc.)
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential. English language skills are a strong advantage.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate and empower your team is key.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A valid driver's license with a car is required for this position.
