Summary:
The Customer Service/Data Analytics Supervisor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both customer service and data analytics teams within the cement ready mix company. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, analytical skills, and customer-centric focus to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and standards.
- Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring efficient order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage and lead a team of data analysts.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.
- Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for process improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement performance metrics for both customer service and data analytics teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation
- Proven 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service and data analytics leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Arabic, English is an additional advantage.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the cement or ready-mix industry preferred.
- Position only eligible for Arab Nationals.
