The IT Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the end-users of the company's IT systems and software. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  2. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  5. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
