HR / Admin Assistant

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various human resources activities, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, coordinating payroll administration, and managing HR-related documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions.
  • Support the interview process by coordinating schedules and conducting preliminary assessments.
  • Travel and support overseas recruitment as and when required.

Employee Travel Management:

  • Book air tickets for employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and follow up on payment processing.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes by managing in-process and out-process formalities.
  • Maintain and update personnel files with all necessary documentation.

Procurement and Purchase Requests:

  • Raise Purchase Requests (PR) on the Oracle system.
  • Follow up with the procurement department to ensure timely closure of requests.

HR Reporting:

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities to the HR Manager.
  • Provide data and insights to support HR decision-making.

Employee Orientation:

  • Assist with orientation sessions to welcome new employees to the organization.
  • Provide information on company policies, procedures, and culture.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.


Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documentation
