Leasing and Marketing Officer will support all aspects of marketing and leasing plans, including: advertising;
promotions; events; distribution for all properties.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy that will make an impact, support the company brand and individual property brand and drive sales and online traffic.
- Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions both in print and online.
- Developing and maximizing third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies.
- Identify advertising opportunities.
- Assist in managing the production of marketing material, including leaflets, posters and flyers.
- Arrange for effective distribution of marketing materials.

Prepare and create the advertising and other media activity, including press releases that enhance the AL-Tijarai Group image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
Compile and verify all print and electronic materials content related to the AL- Tijaria brand, this is inclusive of website publications.
Manage and prepare Al Tijaria daily E-newsletter
Participate and manage the organization of the annual GAM and other corporate events.
Lead and manage Al Tijaria social responsibility tasks.
Create, find, and develop innovative programs to maximize corporate profits and develop value added concepts for brands.
deal with the internal public relations to increase brand awareness
Create integrated brands and generate budgets.
