Job Purpose
- As an SEO and PPC Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO and PPC strategies to increase our online presence and drive high-quality traffic to our website. You will work closely with the Digital & Marketing team to optimize our search campaigns, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI on paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy (Onpage and offpage)
- Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and images for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- SEO Content Creation
- Work with tech team for any requirement they might have.
SEM (PPC Management):
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.
- Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Monitor budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on SEO and PPC performance, including traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and adjustments to campaigns.
- Analyze competitors' SEO and PPC strategies and market trends.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC strategies with overall business goals.
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on digital marketing initiatives.
Skills
Educational Background:
Desired Skillset and experience:
- At least 4 years and above in managing SEO and PPC management.
- Bi-Lingual (Arabic and English)
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Google Certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management tools is a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables and v-lookups), web analytics and bid management tools, including Google AdWords and other PPC / ad networks required
