Service Centre Supervisor

  • Supervise all service-related activities and oversee the implementation by the Technicians and Helpers to ensure adherence to Andalus Electronics Quality and HSE Standards.
  • Raise Job Orders ensuring correct Customer information, issues needing to be resolved, and that the correct Team has been assigned the Job.
  • Ensure that the Technicians execute all Service Centre Job Orders on time and specification.
  • Liaison with the Service Centre and respective Clients to ensure correct timings and locations for any on-site visits.
  • Ensure Service Technicians execute all jobs with the highest Customer Service and Client satisfaction.
  • Investigate minor problems relating to matters such as service irregularities and any issues that may arise and report the same to the Direct Manager.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
