·        Coordinating the Daily loading activities with Asst.Logistics Manager and ensuring the planned trucks/Containers are loaded as per SOP.

·        Ensuring safety and Quality during loading operations. Load as per erectable sequences.

·        Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the Team

·        Manages the Shipping loading operations day to day activities and report to Asst.Logistics Manager.

·        Conducting the Finished goods Inventory in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.

·        Plan and execute Shipping KPI together with Asst.Logistics Manager. 

·        Leading Team development, training and Appraisal activities for the loading crew in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.

·        Executing OPEX projects and 5S activities of the Shipping team in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.

·        Ensuring the Utilization of Forklifts and cranes are properly used as per requirement 

·        Ensuring the Finished goods are properly stored in assigned FG yard

Skills

·        Good command on languages - English, Arabic is preferable.

·        Knowledge in PEB Materials

·        SAP

·        Nesting of Materials in Trucks and Containers
