• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and planning.


• Design, develop and implement BI Analytics and Planning Analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and planning models, to meet business needs.


• Create and maintain data models and metadata definitions within Data modules, IBM Cognos Framework Manager and IBM Planning Analytics Workspace.


• Develop and optimize SQL queries and write PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into FP&C data mart.


• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.


• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users in utilizing Database and reporting tools effectively.


• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.


• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of FP&C reporting infrastructure.


• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Cognos Analytics/BI technology and recommend enhancements or new features to improve business processes.


• Adhere to established data governance and security policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of bank data.
