  • Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients within various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and healthcare, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our PPE product range, including features, benefits, and industry standards, to effectively communicate and address client needs.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our PPE equipment and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations, prepare quotes, and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging PPE technologies to identify new opportunities and keep our offerings competitive.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of PPE products and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
