Administrative Officer

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the organization.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  3. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  5. Coordinate meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for the team.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel formulas.
  6. Ability to write official letters in Arabic and English.
