Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on key improvement areas.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a customer experience team while fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Design and implement systems to gather and analyse customer feedback, using insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Establish quality assurance standards and regularly assess and audit the customer experience across all locations.
Position Title: Customer Experience Director

Salary: Up to 3K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus airfare, bonus, medical and accommodation.

- Open to European nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 10 years of experience; 3-4 years of which in a Director Level in the F&B industry (restaurant sector)
- GCC experience in the same industry is an advantage
