Marketing Officer

United Projects for Aviation Services Co. (UPAC) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer for its new Messila Beach Project . The ideal candidate will support the promotion and branding of the Beach Project and bring a creative mindset and ample experience in various marketing platforms and activities to ensure the overall project's success. This role involves developing, managing and executing various marketing strategies in order to build awareness and attract visitors to enhance the resort's reputation and drive footfall. The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Project Manager and the Communications and Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing activities align with the overall planned goals and objectives.


Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Project Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies for resort activities and services.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to promote the resort and its amenities.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain the resort’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, brochures, and press releases.
  • Ensure effective communication of the resort’s offerings to potential customers through various marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage the resort’s social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Coordinate with event planners and promoters to schedule and organize events that enhance the resort’s appeal and visibility through social media and other promotional tools.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners to maximize exposure and reach.
  • Organize promotional events and activities to attract visitors and generate buzz around the resort.

Public Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and media kits.
  • Coordinate media visits and press events to promote the resort.

Sales Support:

  • Act as a sales member to develop promotional ticket sales, materials, and presentations.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the team in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Maintain a marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated funds.

Customer Engagement:

  • Implement customer feedback and engagement strategies to enhance visitor satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the call center team and customer service to respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media and other platforms.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs and special offers to encourage repeat visits.
  • Adhere to UPAC’s company policies and procedures, HSE-related legal compliance and to be accountable for following and implementing the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental international standards (QHSE) which is related to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.


Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.

Professional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and management of social media marketing.

Previous working experience in Kuwait.

Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Sales support and collaboration skills.

Customer engagement and relationship management

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Computer literate.
