As a Secretary (Office Manager) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to our team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and oversee office activities, including managing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
  3. Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  4. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
