Sales Coordinator

The primary objective of the sales coordinator would be to receive orders via various media sources and fulfill order transaction in Oracle/Dynamics 365 and manage customer order scope such as quote, contract, PO, credit, consumption, service and satisfaction.

 

In addition he/she would also support the Sales Account Manager and the Sales team with market information and prepare insight studies and building /maintaining a customer data base



• Learn details about Gulf Cryo medical and industrial gases product and service offerings

• Address any questions or issues customers may have

• Keep an updated customer database

• Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries and arranging appointments

• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales teams are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates

• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and Gas deliveries in line with the sales manager

• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department

  • Receive orders and fulfill order transaction in Oracle/ Dynamics 365. Manage customer order scope such as quote, contract, PO, credit, consumption, service and satisfaction. Support Sales Account Manager to meet and deal with the same
  • Support the Sales Department with market information and prepare insight studies
  • Build a data bank including customer name, contact details, etc.
  • Input all orders received in ERP system
  • Creation of all customer profiles in ERP system
  • Monitor and input pricing of products to customers
  • Thoroughly monitor purchase orders, sales agreements, and contracts
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered products, methods, and delivery time
  • Follow-up on customer service issues to ensure proper order completion
  • Monitor company assets (cylinder holdings)
  • Provide customer or sales information as required
  • Fulfil all CRM requirements
  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times


Skills

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordinator role
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiations skills and time management are and added advantage
  • Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Good Command of English and Arabic preferred
  • Miscrosoft Excel skills and other MS Office skills are a must
