We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Secretary to join our team in Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in day-to-day office tasks, managing files, and organizing documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Arranging and Preparing Minutes of Board Members meetings and Staff meetings.
  2. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  3. Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  4. Organizing and scheduling appointments
  5. Managing files and documents
  6. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Secretary
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Ability to prioritize and multitask
