Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager / Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role involves visiting potential customers, managing interactions through our CRM system, and driving sales for our diverse range of products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement: Visit potential customers through meetings set up by the call center, presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with potential customers, providing regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions (phone calls or meetings) on the CRM system and set follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Sales Focus: Concentrate on both B2B and B2C customers, understanding their unique needs and tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
  • Product Sales: Promote and sell products under the company umbrella, including Tupperware, Rupes, and Laurastar. This includes conducting site visits for Laurastar maintenance and selling Laurastar warranties.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the household products or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
