Responsibilities


Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Customer Interaction:

•Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom in alignment with the company brand image.

•Conduct an in-depth needs analysis to assist customers in selecting suitable products.

•Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits following the sales process.

•Offer and accompany customers on test drives in accordance with the test drive process.


2.Sales Process:

•Ensure the smooth completion of sales contracts and associated documentation.

•Promote and upsell products and services to customers.

•Introduce finance and insurance (F&I) products during the sales process and support the implementation of F&I campaigns.

•Ensure the F&I department receives sufficient customer information for a seamless handover.

•Complete relevant paperwork, car registration, and insurance documentation in line with the company policies.


3.Vehicle Handover:

•Organize the handover of vehicles in accordance with the agreed policy.

•Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly, escalating difficult cases to the Supervisor/Sales Manager as necessary.


4.Product Knowledge:

•Gain and maintain expert knowledge on vehicle features and accessories, regularly updating this knowledge.
