- Track revenue from partner-led sales of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Measure growth in sales revenue from partners.
Technical Competence and Development:
- Track certifications obtained by the architect.
- Assess frequency and quality of technical knowledge sharing.
- Encourage participation in continuous learning and professional development.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Measure effectiveness and frequency of collaboration with peers.
- Collect stakeholder feedback on collaboration and support.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Track development and implementation of innovative solutions with partners.
- Contribute to improving processes and methodologies within presales and cloud solution architecture.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for technology with at least at least 5 plus year of relevant experience.
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, and Identity, Business Applications, and Data and AI certifications and experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
