Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Training & Education to join our team in Kuwait City. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the training and education industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the training and education sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs to clients.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales tactics.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
- Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
- Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
- Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the training and education sector.
