Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Training & Education to join our team in Kuwait City. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the training and education industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the training and education sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of training programs to clients.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales tactics.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the training and education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
