Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee and manage our operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the F&B industry, with a deep understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  2. Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  5. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  9. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the Food & Beverage industry

  8. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
