Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee and manage our operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the F&B industry, with a deep understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
