Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Kuwait. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales potential
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services
  6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges
  9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  10. Participate in sales conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products or services and expand your professional network

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar sales role, preferably in the trading industry
  2. Experience with Sales of Sanitaryware, Tiles and Marble products.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive
  6. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the Kuwait market
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively
  9. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  11. Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
