Develop and implement business development plans targeting B2B customers in Kuwait to ensure growth
Supervise the daily work of the key Account Managers in charge of increasing sales of Ooredoo products and services.
Validate sales plans (pipeline/ Leads) for potential new qualified mid& SoHo Accounts.
Assess customers’ needs through a constant consultant before and after sale to resolve problem and provide ongoing support.
Provide training for all the KAMs on RAS activities (System wise), products knowledge and procedure.
Achieve and communicates to the reporting line the Mobile business (voice line and data targets) and ICT business as determined by the Senior Manage, SME & SOHO aligning the B2B budget/AOP.
Achieve and communicates to the reporting line the revenue targets determined by the Senior Manage, SME & SOHO.
Support the Key Account Manager who has the personal contacts to deal with large multinationals, with technical issues and relationship management, as required.
Providing on the job coaching to Key Account Manager, as required to ensure adequate knowledge is shared and sales skills are developed. (closing a lead or retaining an account)
Create and follow a performance management system, where certain actions to be taken to improve and notify the subordinate the consequences of not achieving the targets.
Also Provide leads through personnel market contacts
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Follow the process for Pre-sales acquisition & post sales activities.
Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO
