Sales Executive

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Suppliers Acquisition & Sales Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire and onboard sellers to our platform, build and maintain strong relationships with them, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Qualify potential sellers and evaluate their suitability for listing on the platform.
  • Contact qualified sellers and effectively pitch the benefits of listing their products on our platform.
  • Maintain regular communication with sellers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Gather feedback from sellers on the platform's services and features, and relay insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Train sellers on how to use the platform effectively, including product listing, order management, and customer interaction.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to attract and retain buyers, driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers (buyers), addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to sellers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases to track interactions and maintain accurate records.


Skills

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with sellers and buyers.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
