Operational Involvement:

• To assist the senior interior designer for the scope of work required for the project and manage administrational tasks.
• To research aspects of materials and products sourcing so that decisions can be made.
• To review plans for any errors and discrepancies before implementation.
• To assist in selecting finishes and furniture for various projects and input data into schedules, furniture and floor pattern plans and diagrams as necessary.
• To assist in the selection of furniture and accessories as needed.
• To create project material “sample” and “mood products” boards as needed, under the direction of senior interior designer
• To maintain and manage the materials library, meet with architectural product representatives as needed to ensure the most up-to-date materials.
• To research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
• To assist in creating design concepts and technical presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• To assist in outlining client’s design objectives and to conceptualize and sketch design plans.
• To assist in the preparation of technical submittals for consultant/client review.
• Maintain effective and cordial relationships within the company and with external parties. 
• Generate reports applicable to the job requirement and ensure documentations are as per established procedures and standards.
• Abide by the departmental policies and follows instructions and procedures to ensure compliance.4
• Verifies and validates information and documents to ensure accuracy and quality as per established procedures and standards.

Skills

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in interior design

Experience:

·       Min 2 years of related work experience

Language and Computer Knowledge:

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop & Microsoft Office
• Language: Well versed In English & Arabic
