We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our team in Kuwait. As a Photographer / Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos to support our marketing and promotional efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand the vision and objectives for each project, and then use your technical skills and artistic eye to bring that vision to life. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually compelling and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media content, and promotional videos.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
3. Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including selecting locations, arranging lighting and props, and directing subjects as needed.
4. Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography.
6. Manage and organize a large library of digital assets.
7. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
8. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Photographer / Videographer.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both photography and videography.
3. Proficient in using industry-standard camera equipment, lighting techniques, and editing software.
4. Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
5. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing impactful images and videos.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the marketing team.
7. Excellent communication and time management skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Skills

• Proficient in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
• Experience with lighting techniques and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of color correction and grading.
• Knowledge of different video formats and codecs.
