  • Ensure Frugality.
  • Create Staff Schedule.
  • Delegate Tasks to Staff.
  • Train Team Members.
  • Create Leave Plan.
  • Can enforce new instructions.
  • Can Deal with stakeholders (other Departments)
  • Create Attendance Report.
  • Ensure Timely Check and Adequate replies to E-Mails
  • Monitor KPIs of the staff under him, ensures that the staff are improving in their KPIs.
  • Ensure Company assets are maintained by himself and by his staff, (escalate in case of any issue)
  • Reduce Cost of Operations
Skills
  • Leadership Skills (Can lead multiple team members) (+50 Employees)
  • Computer Skills (Can Prepare reports, using Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
  • Excel Software Knowledge (Pivot Table, Vlookups, Sum, Count, Countif(s), if, Filter, Sort, Duplicates Removal, Data Validation (Date, List), Conditional Formatting, Cell Formatting)
  • Language Skills: English is the Minimum Requirement – Operating Country Dependent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Works Extended Hours in case of Problem Arousal
  • Can work in rotational shifts
  • Ensure utilizing the least possible resources (materials, manpower…etc.) without impacting quality!
