Job Description

· Identify user interface requirements · Collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements · Delivering outstanding user experience · Identify problems, opportunities, and suitable solutions to the UX requirements via engaging in "design thinking" sessions (involving business representatives, product development, and relevant solution providers)· Planning and implementing new designs · Test new ideas before implementing · Conduct ongoing research in usability factors in human computer interaction · Enhancing existing user interface designs · Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives · Align business requirements with the digital strategy · Developing technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and customer-centric solutions · Combining creativity with awareness of the design elements · Strategy: Align business area activities with digital strategy and business plan. · Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance of business area activities with corporate governance and regulatory and legal frameworks. · Risk Management: identify, manage, mitigate, and report potential risk in divisional activities. · People Management and Organizational Development: develop, motivate, and coach people in line with succession and career planning requirements towards optimizing organizational structures.

Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field. 2. Minimum 10 years of experience in UX banking domain across different delivery channels (digital & physical). 3. Knowledge in Agile practices, solving customer-centric problems, user experience towards achieving engaging and simple interfaces to channels. 4. Experience working in multi-cultural, diverse, and cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
