  • Security systems company working on security system solutions, surveillance systems, networks and servers 

  • Based on the following description and requirement:

  • Male or Female

  • University degree with a major related to security systems and low voltage. 

  • 3 years min experience with management in security systems, electronic solutions or any other related business. 

  • High leadership skills, commitment, creativity, and work pressure handling. 

  • Ability to form and supervise the company teams such as marketing, sales, technician teams on a high standard criteria. 

  • Ability to study and analyse the market competition and opportunities with strong market research skills. 

  • Preferring candidates with marketing and sales courses and workshops certificates. 

  • Ability to put a thorough strategic plan and supervise it with a time manner. 

  • Ability to communicate with customers and has good negotiating and persuasion skills. 

  • Good personality with strong work ethics and responsibility. 

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing. 

  • Good fundamental computers skills

  • Transferable residency 

  • Kuwaiti driver license.
