We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and take charge of

server, storage, and virtual environment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance,

reliability, and security.

- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware and software components.

- Administer storage solutions, ensuring data availability and backup integrity.

- Design, implement, and manage virtualization environments.

- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure uptime.

- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Skills

Qualifications(IT):

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of server hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

- Experience with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, etc.).

- Proficiency in virtualization technologies.

- Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiar with Huawei digital service platform and tools

Job Role Description(OSS):

As an OSS engineer you’ ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of network by

designing, implementing and maintaining MV operational support System (OSS).

 Performed installation, configuration, integration, upgrades, testing/verification, and

customization of OSS systems as per approved plans, designs, and configurations within

specified frameworks and contract specifications.

 Engaged with customers, 3rd party suppliers, and Service Delivery organizations.

 Interfaced internally with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Service Engineers, and

externally with customer technical staff and Operation Managers.

 Handled customer emergencies and participated in 24/7 on-call shifts.

 Managed trouble tickets including data collection, analysis, troubleshooting, restoration.

 Managed network, security, fault, and performance management through OSS-specific

tools.

 Ensured real-time performance data collection, trend analysis of KPIs, and performed

preventive maintenance activities for early error detection.

 Provided recommendations based on system analysis to prevent capacity issues and

achieve promised SLAs.

 Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contributing to Request for Proposal

(RFP) delivery.

 Develop and maintain accurate and up to date documentation of OSS requirements,

configuration, process and procedure.

 Investigate and resolve complex OSS implementation and network problems,

 Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and specification for standardized and

Interoperable OSS.

 Strong knowledge of network management protocols.
